Nutrition Coaching 

When it comes to performance, there should not be a one-size-fits-all approach (ex: meal plan).. Nutrition coaching for performance goes beyond a standard meal plan. The main goal should be developing a better relationship with food and utilizing it for maximum performance and recovery.

For the athlete (or the person who wants to have better fitness), the nutrition coahing will consist of the following :

  • Full assessment and nutrient analysis reviewing macronutrient and micronutrient intakes

  • Personalized nutrition plan  tailored to your individual goals, needs, and training regimen

  • Eating strategies for optimal performance and  recovery

  • Continuous support and accountability
